As a Talent leader with 15+ years of documented success in developing, implementing, and scaling the learning and people/ culture function nationally and globally, I am highly skilled in strategic learning, leadership development, and upskilling talent. As a result of working across the United States and South Africa, I am experienced in engaging with senior leaders as a talent advisor, guiding and providing insights into learning, talent management, people operations, and leadership. Additionally, I am an expert in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across matrixed and distributed teams. I hold a Leadership Coaching Certificate and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology.
