As a Talent & Culture Business Partner, I enable for our Globers an enriching experience at the workplace and fulfilling career at Globant by building an engaging and inclusive culture, driving talent development and people processes, providing advisory to leaders, and giving strategic support to the business. I have experience in Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Talent Development, HR Policies, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling. Training & Development: • Develop and maintain annual & monthly training calendar. • Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by continuously developing and implementing pre & post-assessment tools. • Exploring new faculties for External & Internal training as per organizational requirement. Preparation of Training Manual, Implementation of Skill Matrix. • Enterprise Learning Module (ELM) Administrator for the Unit. • North Zone coordinator for “Training for the Future” • Identifying training needs & ensuring measurability & effectiveness across the organization. Talent Management: • Identification of functional Competencies & compilation of Competencies Assessment & Development Document (CADD). • Preparation of Talent Matrix & identification of Talent Pool members.Identification of employees & sending them for the Development Assessment Center (DAC). • Preparation of Individual Development Plan (IDP). MPP, Recruitment & Selection: • Identification of Vacancies & preparation of organizational chart. Searching suitable candidature for the vacant position & filling up through various sources like data bank, job portals, LinkedIn, consultancies. IRS etc. • Organize Interviews & Orientation. Completion of Pre & Post joining formalities.Walk-in Interviews, Exit Interviews, Job Description preparation PMS & Compensation: • Preparation of KRA & goals.Coordinating & implementation of Mid Year & Annual Appraisals. Compilation of appraisal data or deciding the compensation. HR Systems: • Handling KIP visits, Industrial visits & summer/industrial trainee.Conducted Internal Customer Satisfaction survey (ICSI).• OHS.7 Unit Coordinator & Implementation of Organizational Health Survey (Corporate Initiative) • Introduced & implemented concept of Mentorship in the unit. • Implementation of Job rotations in department • Organized Coffee with HR, Chat with HR (Employee Engagement) • Member of Training & Capability Building sub- committee at the Unit.
