As a Head of Group Insurance Digital Solution Strategy and Delivery, I shaped the overall direction, strategic planning and project delivery for both Guardian’s proprietary digital service platform GuardianAnytime.com and all external strategic operational partnerships. I stood up and led one of the first in the Group Insurance external API Program to extract operational and customer value from connected software and digital eco-systems. I bring together deep knowledge of insurance domain, modern software development methodologies, large program leadership, insurance operations, and high impact marketing.
