For the past 15 years I led initiatives and teams with a mission of driving digital engagement, Customer Experience improvements and operational efficiencies in the Group Insurance. As a Head of Group Insurance Digital Solution Strategy and Delivery, I shaped the overall direction, strategic planning and project delivery for both Guardian’s proprietary digital service platform GuardianAnytime.com and all external strategic operational partnerships. I stood up and led one of the first in the Group Insurance external API Program to extract operational and customer value from connected software and digital eco-systems. I bring together deep knowledge of insurance domain, modern software development methodologies, large program leadership, insurance operations, and high impact marketing.
