I joined GfK in 2014 as they launched their point of sale tracking service into the Builders Merchants channel and have enjoyed taking these brand new insights to merchants and manufacturers such as Travis Perkins, Jewson, Wienerberger, Bostik, Kohler Mira & Triton. I now head-up the newly formed London-based Client Delivery team, handling client queries and conducting quality checks of the market data. I have always enjoyed working with and interpreting insights, looking for the stories and opportunities they reveal and particularly enjoy setting up new projects and teams. Previously to GfK, I managed, interpreted and delivered shopper insights at HIM for 17 years and was lucky enough to manage and develop client relationships at varying levels withing different channels, including supermarkets; discounters; convenience; wholesale; food-to-go; pubs/bars; off-licences; pharmacies and other high street retailers. My client management during that time gave the opportunity to work with the likes of Sainsburys, Asda, 3663, Reckitt Benkiser, P&G, Britvic, Nisa, JTI, GSK, Today's Group, News International, The Post Office, Imperial Tobacco, PepsiCo, Red Bull & Wrigley.
