Krzysztof Kujawa is an entrepreneur who built companies in Europe and Silicon Valley. Krzysztof has nearly 20 years of experience in e-commerce, on-line consumer experience, and performance marketing in insurance and financial services industries.Krzysztof is passionate about products that make a meaningful impact on people's lives. He conceived and launched GetInsured and Covered California health insurance marketplaces where nearly 2 million Americans obtained affordable health coverage. GetInsured raised over $60 million of venture capital from investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, Trinity Ventures, and Partech Ventures.Most recently he co-founded Gabi, a San Francisco-based consumer insurance startup funded by SV Angel, a_capital, Project A and Hitfox. At Gabi, he drives product vision and aspires to make consumer insurance market friendly, transparent and priced efficiently. Krzysztof made an angel investment in Yardbarker which was acquired by Fox Interactive in 2010.He started his career in Poland where he served as the CEO and Co-Founder of AMG.net, an Internet solutions provider funded by Innova Capital. Bull Group acquired AMG.net in 2006. Krzysztof has an MBA from Berkeley and a degree in management from the University of Lodz. He coaches skiing and soccer, and his two sons are his Most Valuable Players.
