Hospice Nurse

Marissa L. Archambeau, RN, is an Instructor at Alverno College. Prior to her work in education she worked as a hospice nurse and director of nursing. Prior to returning to Milwaukee she worked as a clinical research nurse in the Alzheimer’s Research Institute at Rush University in Chicago, IL. She previously functioned as a medical/surgical nurse at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI where she was involved in hospital administration while serving on the Quality Improvement, Pharmacy & Nursing, and the Service Excellence committees. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI and a Master of Science in Health Communication degree at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. She is interested in improving systems and communication within healthcare and other institutions.
