I am a leader and problem solver with 25 years of experience in organizational change, business management, and communications across technology, media and the arts. I have an innate ability to crystallize ideas into action; a talent for both conceiving and operationalizing programs; and a transparent leadership style that inspires teams and people to achieve their personal bests. Before joining Altimeter Group, I spent a year at Firebrick where I was a strategist and project leader for high-stakes client engagements ranging from positioning and new business models to sales enablement and cross-selling initiatives. I spent 17 years as a partner helping build Horn Group – one of the most enduring agency brands in the tech industry. I drove the company’s expansion from classic PR firm to its pioneering leadership in digital communications (a discipline that combines PR, social media and interactive design). I've led hundreds of companies through messaging, launch and results-oriented communications programs; and I've mentored 100s of employees to find their voices as confident communicators and thoughtful counselors.
