With 20+ years of experience focused in IT & cloud operations, I have been integral to executing high-level DevOps efforts, technical leadership, & executing operational efficiencies from a technology perspective. I am well versed in continuous improvement efforts, of which I have led teams to engage in operational & engineering-focused optimization initiatives. It is my passion to utilize my cloud management expertise to continue to provide strategic direction while focusing on innovative solutions. Key Achievements Include: ✅ Started with the organization as Director Infrastructure & IT Operations and changed titles Director of Cloud Operations in 2019 during the merger with both roles reporting directly to CEO/CTO and as a key member of the due diligence team during the M&A ✅ Responsible for managing $10M annual cloud services budget for the cloud infrastructure, as well as the operational shared budget between business units ✅ Established SaaS product offering and managed critical relationships with AWS as PaaS provider of choice, building Cloud support team, and creating and upholding security, performance, and maintenance guidelines, ensuring optimal performance across the organization ✅ Built team from 2 to 13 and relocated from Prague to San Francisco to provide global customer product support, reporting directly to the CEO and growing the IT team also from 1 to 5 while managing all internal infrastructure, as well as managing the $2M annual operating budget ✅ Promoted to lead service delivery to customers across all competencies, serving as point person for service levels and issues, administering service to contract, and advancing proposals for new business opportunities, as well as enhancing the operational strategy to improve the quality of Service Delivery teams and impact high-level cost reduction while streamlining contracts with service providers Contact me through this profile if you wish to connect.
