I accelerate growth for cyber security programs by focusing on one thing: People. My passion is not only in developing cyber professionals, but in helping others live up to their own potential by fostering innovation, diversity of thought, and a values-driven culture. Over the span of my 30-year career, it’s been a privilege to work with a talented and diverse group of leaders. I have learned that the greatest of them love the people they serve unconditionally — and in doing so, rise to greatness themselves. This idea informs my philosophy as a leader, educator, and as the executive vice president of Focal Point Academy. The backbone of a healthy and dynamic team is a bulletproof culture.
