Passionate about making a difference to individual and team performance and results right from initial onboarding through to professional and senior leadership development within Flight Centre Travel Group. After initially commencing my career in marketing and public relations in the technology and consumer goods industries I did an about face and restarted my career as a retail travel consultant with Flight Centre. During a period of six years in the retail area I worked in and managed the most improved results store globally and the most profitable retail shop globally. I subsequently joined the company's burgeoning Corporate Traveller brand in 1996, opening the third office in Australia. Within three years I was recognised by the company via the national "Outstanding Achievement" award for Corporate Australia and achieved "Consultant of the Year - Australia" before moving onto become a Regional General Manager for the brand (NSW/ACT and SA) and then National Leader. In 2019 I was recognised with an Outstanding Achievement Award by our Executive General Manager, Corporate Division. For the past 10 years I have been doing a job I love and responsible for learning and development strategy to power team member capability and drive growth.
