I worked my way through school as an Operations Leader managing top performing teams at F500 retailers. I quickly realized I thrived on building teams and am proud to say I've spent the past 6.5 years helping amazing companies raise their talent bar and bring on over 2,000 amazing employees. Leveraging my learnings from scaling companies, I started a People and Talent consulting practice where I had the opportunity to partner with many amazing companies on upleveling their People and Talent strategies. I ended up joining Superhuman, one of my amazing clients, to lead People and Places.
