I am a seasoned life sciences executive with experience at multiple biotechnology companies guiding companies through different stages of development, growth, retrenchment, crises and successful exits. Executive experience includes corporate strategy development and execution, public equity financings (IPOs and follow-ons), executing a public company spin-off, restructurings, defending against a hostile takeover attempt, navigating through multiple activist stockholder situations and leading and participating in dozens of M&A, collaboration and license transactions and venture capital financing transactions. I have a track record of mentoring and developing individuals, building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration across teams, functional groups and Boards to drive company performance I remain level-headed, composed and objective through high-stakes and crisis situations.
