I am a Financial Wellness Evangelist . I have an uncanny ability to see diagrams and flow charts in my head, orchestrating multiple parts to work together to clarify, simplify and empower consumers. My work experience is eclectic, much like my life. I started teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) right out of high school, opened a Health Food bar and had my first translation piece published all before the age of 20. After college, my interest in non-profits led me to Accounting in the County Office that handled the disbursement of government funds and then to working with people with disabilities. For the next 15+ years I worked in Insurance and Finance. I organized training workshops, conferences, taught computer programs, marketing strategies, implemented best practices and was involved in sales. Over the past five years I have been further developing my leadership skills in Banking and Financial Services. I have also been transitioning back to my true passion, which is promoting social change and investing in the lives of others.
