Core application support as well as parameter management. I also manage the relationship between my organization and the core software vendor. I also manage the Internet Banking systems for our organization. I manage the department that provides support for all of the above stated areas while managing our organizations Imaging area and ensuring that all items are imaged and retained as required by policy. I also serve as the organization Business Continuity Coordinator. This includes plan development and maintenance, plan test development, plan test with business unit owners, creation of board documentation for annual approval, working with internal/external auditors to review plan testing worksheets as well as other documentation during exams. Develop processes to help the organization exceed in the marketplace as well as minimize personnel impact while continuing to take advantage of existing technology and resources. I have also created a few applications while serving as project lead on several major projects.
