Led Indian Affairs’ historic re-connection to the Internet in 2008 after over six years of a court-ordered disconnection. Acquired a Customer Relationship Management solution for the federal government’s lead export promotion agency. Established two field offices to support U.S. exports amongst small and medium-sized enterprises in the Charlotte, NC and Arlington, VA metropolitan regions.
