Work in conjunction with the hospital business offices and Patient Access Departments to customize seamless self-pay management services within hospital facilities. Continues client satisfaction in measured reduction in hospital accounts receivables bad debt with targeted revenue increases in hospital Medicaid, liens, account resolution, and charity programs.
