As a real estate broker Chad was named John L Scott, PCR's "Rookie of the Year" and was a multi-time "All Star of the Year", eventually leading a team of fellow agents. Ranked as high as top 5% of brokers in the nation and top 3% out of thousands of John L Scott brokers in WA/OR/ID, he achieved "President's Elite" status (selling at least 35 properties and/or generating in excess of $200k per year in commissions) at John L Scott multiple times.
