Currently, I am Sr Vice President Global Sales responsible for all of Fonality's Direct and Channel business. My daily goal in this crowded SaaS world is to increase recurring revenue streams, decrease customer churn, improve sales operations and strengthen the relationship between Sales and Marketing. All of this allows us to build a world class brand, create value and foster a genuine culture.Before the latest promotion, I was VP of Global Channel Sales. Since joining Fonality in 2007, I have developed numerous national accounts, strategic partnerships and Fonality Sales Executives. The changing landscape of business models from one-time purchases to recurring revenue provided a great opportunity to grow our partner base and help them transition. This education continues today. Prior to joining Fonality, I was with Avaya as a Business Development Manager and Select Team Sales Manager responsible largely for SMB sales and annuity revenue streams. I also held a sales leadership position as a Regional Sales Manager with Dallas-based Agility Communications Group, formerly Imagine Technologies.Added as a Platinum member of Worldwide Who's Who in 2016.
