I have acquired experience in the Customer Service, basic QA, training, and management fields in my 8 years working in the MMO support industry. My time at Blizzard was spent learning every aspect of Customer Service that I could, from Game Master to Account and Technical Services representative, and then helping to pass that knowledge on to my peers. I have spent time as a Point GM in which I was placed onto a team with no senior in order to better assist with their understanding of policies and procedures, while keeping morale high. I then spent 2 years working within the Account Administration department. In this role I was one of the AA Subject Matter Experts for In-game Support. As Such I have assisted in the training of AA related procedures to my entire department as well as other departments. I also assisted in the writing of policies and procedures on the subject of Chargebacks, where I worked closely with the fraud department in order to ensure that all criteria would be met on the legal end of the spectrum. Since leaving Blizzard Entertainment I have spent a year helping to set up Customer Service for NCSOFT Games such as Guild Wars 2 and the upcoming Wildstar. Part of this process was testing the games for bugs and getting that information to the development team, as well as helping to figure out what tools are needed to assist customers fully.
