I'm a marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, helping B2B companies and their marketing teams drive better business results and improve performance. I helped Lotus Development and Dragon Systems (speech recognition) build and launch mobile solutions. I led marketing teams at Octave Communications (voice conferencing software and hardware) and nTAG (mobile hardware and software for events) and as product marketing manager, was responsible for Salary.com's flagship enterprise product line (compensation software). At Brainshark I lead a team of talented, bright content and product marketing managers. Together we developed a rapid content creation process that delivers more effective and more engaging content for inbound and outbound marketing. We also launched award-winning cloud-based solutions that improve productivity for sales, marketing and training organizations. With The Value Shift, I developed thought leadership content to build awareness and help organizations align knowledge, people, process and technology to make sales reps smarter, faster so they have more valuable sales conversations and close more deals. At Evergage I was responsible for building and managing a team of content, creative and event marketing professionals who published the premier book on personalization, grew the industry's best personalization conference every year by 100% and developed marketing content and campaigns that met demand generation goals every quarter.
