- 23 years of experience in the tax area, including tax planning, compliance and litigation, building and managing large teams, in-house manager of multinational companies in Chemical, electrical/electronic, Pulp & Forest , construction, oil and gas , passing by big four, renowned legal office in the US and Brazil. - Senior leadership and broad experience in all legal matters of companies’ interests including contracts, taxation, litigation, M&A, employment and all forms of commercial transactions. - Experienced in managing legal and business issues in fast-paced environments across multiple offices and geographies. Representative of companies in several trade associations. Active interface with several Governmental Agencies. - Responsible to develop and lead corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's matters - Responsible to develop and lead internal audit and corporate compliance programs, applying FCPA rules - Responsible to manage all the national and international contracts of the company (suppliers, distributors, commercial agents, resellers, among others), supporting all the business areas: marketing, procurement, finance, product liability , services. Support new business and operations, identifying legal risks and finding legal strategies to achieve company´s goals - Leader of the project to obtain the Authorized Economic Operator in Brazil, M&A operation, e-commerce business, among others - Responsible for tax compliance and tax planning (VAT deferred tax, transfer princing, "lei do bem", etc)
