For more than 25 years, Entertainment Partners has cultivated a business, which the company says it views its clients as partners. The company is one of the largest providers of production management services in the entertainment industry. Entertainment Partners offers a fully functional trial version of EP Budgeting, which is good for 15 uses. After 15 uses, the application will revert to viewer mode, which will not allow users to print, save or export to systems other than VISTA accounting.

As an experienced and highly educated human resources leader, I am uniquely qualified to bring exceptional expertise and strategic practice to organizations in virtually any industry. My passion is helping people become the best they can be. It’s been interesting to note, at various points in my career, that some managers view people as roadblocks in the journey to build organizations. However, if you view your employees as your building blocks, rather than your roadblocks, amazing things happen. Strategically linking organizational performance and individual development goals helps clarify learning opportunities and better ways for employees to work. Human resources is often about compliance, procedures and processes. As such, I have the ability to balance multiple priorities, and I have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with experience providing recommendations based on assessment. I have extensive experience with State and Federal employment laws, and often work with legal counsel. While I am an energetic self-starter, and work well independently, I equally enjoy working in a team environment, in which all members are genuine, trust one another, and work toward a common goal.
