For 100 years, Electrolux has provided innovative solutions for the home. We shape living for the better, improving the lives of millions of people by reinventing taste, care and wellbeing experiences for more enjoyable and sustainable living around the world. Since February 2016 I’ve led 55,000 employees around the world to drive profitable growth by creating outstanding consumer experiences based on innovation and operational excellence. In 2019 we celebrate our 100th anniversary by launching our most important initiative ever, the Better Living Program, an action plan with aggressive targets to enable sustainable living, and to make Electrolux climate neutral and circular by 2030. In order to support the initiative we will provide the Electrolux Food Foundation SEK 100 million through 2030 to support employee-driven sustainability initiatives around the world. For the 12th consecutive year we were named leader in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. I’m passionate about building lifelong relationships with consumers through greater digitalization and connectivity, shaping the future of connected living through our innovative brands and partnerships. I’ve held a number of finance and management positions during my career including at General Motors and Munters before joining Electrolux as Chief Financial Officer in 2008. I also sit on the boards of Polygon and Axel Johnson AB.
