As an experienced Quality Engineer & Supervisor with progressive experience in Plastic Packaging, Wine and label manufacturing and Natural Gas & Electric environments, my career has focused on quality systems, performance turnarounds, and new model development. I've worked with some great companies and am respected for my willingness to take on any challenge and consistently outpace goals and expectations. As Quality Supervisor at Graham Packaging since 2021, I achieved a 25-point increase in the annual Graham Operating System (GOS) plant internal audit score, raising it from 50 to 75 out of 100. I also completed 15 new product qualifications, including new bottles designs, labels, resins, and equipment changes. Over the years, I’ve earned a reputation as a champion of quality and a change agent with robust technical expertise and strong business acumen. I am especially skilled at motivating teams to give 110%, always striving to maximize efficiency, reliability, and cost savings with best-practice quality assurance and lean methodologies. Previous experience - Quality Engineer II, Quality Analysts II, Quality Auditor, where I retained ISO 22000 certification for 7 out of 7 years through successful management of internal and external audit visits with no major findings; Managed ISO 9001 quality systems program to retain certification with zero major audit findings for two years. I'm known as a high achiever who understands the complexities of this space with a strong work ethic that quickly garners results.
