I am a consumer marketer and sales leader who is driven to understand user behavior and develop engagement programs that drive awareness, transactions, and revenues. My expertise spans the customer experience, market research, microtargeting, and campaign development. I enjoy solving complex challenges and tackling greenfield projects that require thoughtfully designed custom approaches. I've honed my marketing skills in the long distance wars (for MCI), the cola wars (for The Coca-Cola Company), and in several growth industries -- including digital government, restaurants, retail, education, and snow sports.  I specialize in taking complicated concepts and creating essential messages that are relatable, digestible, and actionable.  Simplicity marketing is hard to do, and I do it well.
