Dipankar Biswas is an Agile Development Director, responsible for Site Reliability Engineering, Database Operations, and Infrastructure Engineering teams. In his past role as a Senior Manager of Site Reliability and End-to-End Performance Engineering, he was responsible for rolling out effective monitoring solutions, state-of-art alerting capabilities and robust process optimizations in place that help facilitates both reliability and stability of products. Prior to it, he worked as a Manager of Quality Engineering, having almost 12 years of experience in Software Testing and Project Leadership, technically leading the core automation team that catered to enterprise needs for End-to-End performance test, common test automation framework and close collaboration with DevOps for effective continuous delivery of all products. He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional, who brings in hands-on experience with industry leading project methodologies like kanban and scrum. Besides management, Dipankar was working as a Test Automation Architect-cum-Tech Lead for 7 years and had also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst with more than 4 years of experience involving both Automated and manual testing. One of his own-created test automation framework was adapted by the client organization as a robust enterprise-wide solution for Test automation projects. He also redefined Test Automation for Agile projects, setting path for a new trend that fetched huge ROI. He was also instrumental in designing and developing test automation framework that provides automated solution for testing mobile handheld devices and tablets. Before joining the Software- testing field, he was working as a developer for a year and has experience in Database Management Systems.
