Xchanging provides human resources, technology, procurement management, insurance claims processing and settlement services.

As the lead for Human Resources in CSC, I help build better relationships between employers and employees by creating solutions that transform the status quo. Currently, my focus is enabling continuity of service to employees and clients as we integrate the UXC and Xchanging businesses in A&NZ. Improving employee engagement and diversity across the business are also key priorities to make sure we are focused on the future. In my spare time (of which there is not much at the moment!), I'm working with some great people to bring to life Feewo - a digital start-up that will help transform the recruitment experience for all. As an experienced business transformation leader, human resources director, change manager and consultant, I have designed and managed the implementation of innovative and successful transformation solutions; creating value and realising EBITA benefit both locally, regionally and globally. Prior to CSC, I held senior HR and transformation roles at Salmat, Hewlett Packard/EDS Group and Equant/Global One.
