Specifically in Financial Services, Daniel has deep experience across customer-centric solutions, retail banking, cards, payments, lending, insurance, digital & digitisation, business & IT transformation, BPO, business turn-around and organisational change management. Daniel has extensive experience in business strategy and planning, IT strategy and execution, business development, Go-to-Market strategy and execution, building and leading service offerings, applications development & mgmt, business process outsourcing, and off-shore/on-shore project mgmt. Daniel is a former HP and HPE Fellow & Thought Leader, a Senior Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA), a former Chair of FINSIA Retail & Business Banking Industry Council, Advisory Board member of Insurtech Australia and a Steering Committee member of the Bachelor of IT at University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).
