Dwr Cymru Welsh Water is a not-for-profit company with the sole objective of providing top quality services for its customers. Welsh Water does not have shareholders, and any profits made are reinvested in the business for the benefit of customers, as well as for returning to customers as 'dividends'. The customer dividend for 2009/10 is £22 for each customer receiving both water and wastewater services.

Has a ‘can do’ attitude and committed to ensuring the highest quality at all times. Has an ethos of keeping it simple,being straightforward and being easy to do business with at all times. Experienced in stakeholder management (including offshore contract / relationship management); experienced in managing and resolving complex customer issues, including through dispute resolution; strong leadership, communication and people management skills. Challenges and influences others to develop solutions as well as developing themselves. Is adaptable and well able to meet the demands of a changing environment.
