I have extensive Facility Management experience working in all areas from Facilities Project Management to Space Planning teams. I am skilled at collaborating with affiliate companies, benchmarking initiatives, and implementing new ideas into the workplace. Some of the things I have worked on included initiating a green cleaning program to Johnson & Johnson's World HQ. I also eliminated $500,000 of annual spend by moving to a day cleaning operation for the 900,000 sq. ft. site.My professional experience includes collaborating with the Environmental Health and Safety team, which included championing a Slips, Trips, and Falls program for employee safety on Campus. Contributed to obtaining LEED certification for the first office building in New Jersey. Experienced with maintaining compliance for OHSAS and ISO 14001 annual re-certification. I have managed a CMMS database for space management. I am skilled at managing contractors and vendors in the day to day maintenance of a facilities operation and managing small and large projects. I would like to bring my professional skills, knowledge, and excellent customer service focus to an organization that is looking to become competitive in the market place of green initiatives and sustainability for their corporation.
