As Head of Sales and Marketing for Dream Unlimited Corp., one of Canada’s largest residential and commercial real estate organizations. I am responsible for all aspects of the marketing process within the Dream Umbrella. Strategically advising on all 5 companies as a Marketing lead. From the time the land is acquired, the inception of strategic vision for set asset, branding, marketing , sales and maintenance of the building or community we have brought to market. My main focus is managing Sales and Marketing in Western Canada Land and Housing Divisions, where I oversee the initial planning and design of large scale communities as well as marking of single family and multi- residential homes, where we currently have 486 acres of land under development.I have also accumulated experience in developing master planned communities. I have marketed and sold the award-winning Canary District that has transformed Toronto’s downtown east. I am also currently working on Zibi, the largest redevelopment in the National Capital Region and the Frank Gehry towers in Toronto. Lead other notable projects such as The King Edward Hotel Private Residences and the historic Distillery District. I sit on the board of the following organizations: - Design Exchange - Woodgreen - Shoe box Project Honorary chair: - YMCA Strong Start Great future campaign I am also actively involved in the arts, design, and fashion community and participates and chairs on many charities such as the Art Gallery of Ontario, the Royal Ontario Museum, the National Ballet of Canada, to name a few.
