Over the past 15 years I have managed a group of people varying in size from 15 to 200 people. My groups have been of varying educational and work background. Increasingly I deal directly with other internal businesses; Corporate Brands, merchandising teams as well retail divisions and executive groups to manage change and provide the best possible solutions across the network. As an experienced and pragmatic manager, I prefer to work in a professional and collaborative environment where each person respects and appreciates the skills and knowledge of others. I am a problem solver, and I feel that continual improvement is an important part of any business. Personally I have a passion for developing better methods for handling current processes as much as I enjoy retiring no value added labor. Often you read these things and find people have really unusual and fake goals. I'm a simple man. My long terms goals are to be happy, both personally and professionally. Specialties: I currently work with a variety of CPG's that sell products or services to my employer. My job is to work with them to ensure solid data flow, and ensure that the needs of our businesses are supported.
