Throughout the years, Chicago Title has grown in stature with a solid reputation for integrity and standing the test of time. In 1920 the scope of the Company's business extended beyond Cook County, Illinois where it started in 1847. In the late 1940s, Chicago Title moved to 111 W. Washington Street and continued developing and expanding its extensive statewide organization. In the 1950s Chicago Title reached beyond its state borders to increase its business. It was then, Chicago Title Insurance Company, as we know it today, was developed as a wholly owned subsidiary of Chicago Title and Trust Company. In March 2000, Chicago Title Insurance Company merged with FNF to become the largest title company in the nation. Much has changed in 150-plus years, but the fundamental principles upon which the Company was founded are steadfast. Samra has been a contributor to the Southern California Building Industry for over 25 years. Serving as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for several area private and publicly owned builders, her experience includes the management of sales and escrow teams; product pricing strategy; interface and strategic development of in-house mortgage operations; sales training, establishment of marketing, merchandising and style guidelines; and training and leadership development. Upon joining Chicago Title, Samra has put her expertise in understanding the demanding requirements of the home closing process at the vanguard of her contributions for her client's success. Implementation of a customer communication program includes direct and recurring interaction with the client's designated escrow management, visits to onsite sales teams and contact with clients' preference for mortgage operations. This allows for open communication, exchange of ideas and success for all involved. Additionally, her experience with the Department of Real Estate and public reports can be of support to clients in assisting in the process.
