BSNA operates 21 factories in the U.S. and has two production locations in Canada. In addition, BakeMark USA operates 20 distribution centers across the U.S and Canada. The BSNA Operational Companies are led by a divisional organization, located in Kansas City. BSNA has approximately $2.1 billion in revenue and 5,000 employees.

A high achieving Sales and Marketing leader with strong strategic planning and execution skills and a proven track record for delivering and exceeding the operating plan. Over 16 years experience in FMCG working for Unilever in Australia and New Zealand and Heinz in the UK has provided the opportunity to develop broad functional capabilities including consumer/brand marketing, Sales, Category & Trade Marketing and Finance. My current role is Category & Customer Development Director responsible for all categories and customers within the Heinz UK business including Category Development (Trade Marketing), Revenue Growth Management, Customer Insight, Shopper Marketing and Field Execution. This includes leadership of a an internal team of over 45 people and a 3rd party field sales team of 52.
