- 20 years of progressively responsible experience in international human resources management, including considerable experience at the senior/executive level.- Complementary academic background including a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (majoring in international relations and sustainable development), and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. - Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated human resources policies and systems.- Successful track record in building strong, long-term, business partnerships.- Demonstrated professional competence in organizational development and change management.- Broad experience in conflict management and employee relations. - Ability to manage multidisciplinary, diverse and highly decentralized teams.- Solid experience in the areas of finance, information technology and administration. - Successful experience in the implementation of global human resources information systems, including business process re-engineering, design, testing and roll out.- Ability to communicate, negotiate and seek consensus in varied cultural and professional contexts. - Fluent in English, Spanish and French.
