Ayumi has gained diverse expertise in all types of real estate throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan, including condominiums and co-ops to multi-family houses, brownstones and commercial properties. Drawing on her experience, she is now responsible for overall office supervision, agent hiring and recruiting, plus assisting all agents in advancing their success while seamlessly navigating their transactions. With a French mother and Japanese father, Ayumi has lived around the world. Born in France and raised in San Francisco, she speaks fluent French, Spanish, Italian and English. Ayumi also lived in Costa Rica while working as a translator for a non-profit project. Her international background gives her a deep understanding of all cultures and walks of life. Ayumi moved to New York after earning her Bachelor degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies with a concentration in Comparative Eastern and Western Philosophy, Culture & Thought. She lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, and is an avid traveler, photographer and food enthusiast.
