Continental BP produces a complete range of wallboard and joint compound materials from its four plants located in the United States and Canada.

I am an affable professional with strong academic credentials and extensive leadership experience. I have held management roles in IT, Finance and Operations. Under my stewardship and guidance I introduced and led transformative changes to support the business’s strategic imperatives. These include: a) Carving out and standing up an independent company post a divestiture, b) Capturing margin expansion opportunities through digital transformation initiatives, and c) Enabling growth by leading the IT team to shed legacy systems and moving critical systems to the cloud and preparing the entity to go public timely. Leading change, mentoring team members and an unrelenting focus on results are the foundational pillars of my leadership competencies. Establishing a collaborative framework and forging successful working relationships early with stakeholders is my modus operandi.
