While I don't actually recruit for specific positions, my role (and my amazing team) help keep the recruiting organization running full steam. We make sure the right tools, processes and strategies are in place so that the recruiters can find great talent for Fiserv. I get to work on exciting projects like creating a more engaging candidate experience, automating and simplifying processes and developing robust recruiting strategies. I have been lucky to have had the opportunity implement recruiting innovation for many respected brands and speak at conferences to share the great journey my team and help others in Talent Acquisition learn from my experiences.
