As a creative marketer and business leader, Mike has created effective growth strategies for a diverse group of brands including Nike, The International Olympic Committee, Target and Microsoft. With experience on both the agency and client side, I bring a unique understanding of the internal issues clients face and the ever-changing world of marketing strategy and communications. My passion lies in helping brands find new ways to push beyond the boundaries of traditional advertising to effectively engage customers in branded experiences. Since joining Cole & Weber, the agency has produced a TV show for Pabst, built a line of furniture for Gallo, developed a media player to syndicate live content for Microsoft, and produced a lead management tool that enables clients to track the effectiveness of their marketing all the way to the media placement. I have been lucky to have great client partners to create work that's been recognized in nearly every major industry award show including: Cannes, Effies, Communication Arts, Clio’s, FAB, MIXX, and the Addys.I like to write and is often an expert contributor to Fast Company, WARC, Media Post, Creativity and various other business magazines.
