I work with supplier parntners to create annual business plans, and create and implement brand focus plan objectives to include company and supplier goals of volume, profit, distribution, display, promotions and marketing expense. I also analyze available data sources and utilize data to drive improved performance within the sales teams and the retail trade. In turn I work with supplier and sales teams on a consistent basis to ensure Focus plans are executed, achieved and training is performed. I also work with and assist the category management team to ensure brand objectives are met through the category management reset process. I serve as a primary conduit between retailers, field sales and senior management for all market intelligence. As well as seeking out and developing relationships with new supplier partners. Lastly I have developed and maintained positive, cooperative and team-orientated relationships with all my co-workers, supervisors, managers, retailers and others I come into contact with through out my work.
