Tabitha enjoys sharing her experience and can often be found speaking at high profile events such as DLD in January this year. She’s been recognised, in amongst other lists, The Media Week 30 under 30 and the Evening Standard Silicon Sixty and profiled in the Guardian. Her career started while at The London College of Communication, when she joined, t5m an online-first production company. This is where Tabitha co-founded and spun out the distribution software platform - Rightster. Rightster, grew to be the largest online video distribution company outside the US. She was an integral part of the executive team that took the business to IPO (AIM) 2011, managing 250 people in 11 countries with 1.6 billion monthly video views and total transactions value of £16.9 million in 2014. As the Co Founder Tabitha took on many roles and is well versed the needs of rights holders and publishers in the UK, the US (she lived in NY for 2 years) and across Europe. Her last role was as the Head of Product managing the roadmap for 70 engineers and building a small Data Science team to bring insights and automation into the distribution process. In 2015 she successfully exited the business after the completion and integration of 4 acquisitions.
