Improved member experience through on-line booking and mobile booking as well as reduced labor costs in both the central reservations center and golf operations.-Directed the project to conceptualized, create and build ClubCorp’s Member Usage Dashboard. Captured key member spending/behavior patterns from POS systems into data warehouse and provided a simple graphical dashboard to identify 'at-risk' members and create club interaction to drive spending.-Managed all aspects (business and IT) of project to centralize ClubCorp AR from a 25 year old system that was decentralized in 150 clubs. The centralized AR system has standardized billing practices, achieved SOX compliance, enhanced operational stability and reduced IT operating costs. -Lead the project to provide ClubCorp’s first phase of mobile solutions to our members. The mobile platform seamlessly integrates with the centralized tee time system, CRM system and AR system.-Designed and developed system to account for member deposits and the accretion of the revenue/liability for the 30 year life of the deposits. The project provided a SOX compliant solution as well as streamlining complex accounting revenue/liability recognition calculations.
