As VP/Chief Sales Officer for Amway, the world’s leading direct selling company, John Parker has what he calls his 'dream job' – working with millions of Amway Business Owners in more than 100 countries and territories. He is responsible for the company’s global sales division and functions, including strategies for Amway’s business owner compensation and incentives, sales plan, customer service, digital and experiential and training and education. In a career spanning two decades with the company, John also has served as President of Amway Japan, the company’s second-largest market, and Chief Marketing Officer for the organization.John is an advocate for direct selling around the world, and currently is Chairman of the U.S. Direct Selling Association and served a 4 year term as Chairman of the Direct Selling Education Foundation. He has a bachelor of business administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a member of the varsity golf team. When John isn’t traveling to Amway markets meeting with business owners all over the world, you’re likely to find him surfing with his family at the nearest beach or playing golf wherever he travels.
