Starting in 1989 Clairon Metals Corporation has grown into a leading metal stamping company located in the southeast. We are ISO 9001:2008 registered with complete in-house tool and die capabilities. From up front engineering assistance to subassembly and special packaging, we are your full service metal stamping source. Our 114,000 square foot air-conditioned facility houses the latest in metal stamping equipment with an additional 33,000 square feet of warehouse space. Our press sizes range from 1,100 tons to 35 tons. Secondary capabilities include: robotic MIG welding, resistance welding, machining, tapping, assembly, and special packaging. We have a dedicated and mature supply base in the raw materials coating and manufactured component industries. Our partnership with our supply chain also enables us to support your low volume laser, press brake and wire / tube bending requirements. Providing supplier consolidation to our customers is just one way we can offer assistance with making our customers more lean and cost effective in their growing industries. Almost 200 associates strong, Clairon Metals has the ability to produce a broad spectrum of components meeting the rigorous, individualized needs of today's quality-conscious companies. As a manufacturing manager I believe it is critical to develop a culture of safety first, quality and productivity based around concept and proven method of continuous improvement. In my past and current work experiences I have been challenged to be a change agent to develop cultures that support these expected disciplines within manufacturing environments with great successful proven track records. I seek such challenges with strong growing companies where these improvements are needed to keep pace with company growth.
