Vice President of the Charlotte Citco Risk & Transparency Reporting (CRTP) operation which offers a broad array of reporting solutions for hedge fund managers and institutional investors. The Charlotte group specializes in Open Protocol (OPERA), Exposure Reporting, P&L Attribution, Counterparty Risk, and Position reporting for our clients. Other risk offerings include Value at Risk (VaR), Portfolio Stress Testing and Scenario Analysis as well as Portfolio Sensitivity Analysis. We also support regulatory reporting requirements like Form PF and Basel. Previously spent 4 Years in Corporate Trust & Structured Finance environment working with Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs) in a trustee capacity, including managing cashflows, executing trade activity, and two years managing Collateral and Coverage reporting for a number of CDOs and CLOs for several Collateral Managers. During my career I have enjoyed building and managing great teams within the organizations I've been a part of. Over the 7 years of management experience I have gained, I have learned how to identify and attract the right talent, build cohesive teams, and develop and further the careers of those I am privileged to lead. I've managed three teams in two back-office operational areas under State Farm's Corporate Finance & 401k Administration functional areas, and currently manage a team of Analysts, Sr Analysts and Associates with Citco. I also spent 3 Years within a 401(k) administration environment, where I managed two teams responsible for (1) disbursement of funds from the Plan to participants, and (2) all annual and periodic reporting requirements in accordance with ERISA guidelines. During my years within this environment I acquired my Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation.
