Here’s my story in thirty seconds… I am results-proven, industry agnostic, "hands on" project management professional (PMP) with extensive experience in managing complex, high stakes projects. I have a long track record of working with management and staff across business and technology departments to deliver high priority enterprise wide projects while managing risk and ensuring strong communication with Executive/Steering Committees and project stakeholders. Here is what has kept me busy in my 12 plus years managing and delivering projects in the financial services industry: • Independently leading highly complex and/or enterprise-wide projects and programs with multiple works streams, from inception through delivery, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals • Managing various types of projects in parallel (from highly strategic initiatives to important tactical efforts) • Creating project plans, tracking issues, identifying resolutions, and managing risk • Identifying, acquiring and managing resources necessary for project completion • Collaborating with a multitude of departments across business and technology throughout the enterprise • Leading meetings with steering/executive committees, project stakeholders, major clients, and vendors • Strategic planning with senior management • Demonstrating a high level of service delivery; doing what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction • Being adaptable and evolving to fit the company’s needs (from managing a global support group of eighty people to leading a small project management team with a more diverse focus) • Allocating time to give back to the community and serve others (e.g. Big Brothers Big Sisters) If you want to make a new connection, talk business, or even break down last night’s hockey game please feel free to reach out to me as I am always up for an interesting conversation.
