From year to year this conference stays #1 Cisco Connect in EMEA from number of attendees perspectives). Cisco Expo/Cisco Connect is organized with zero budget, full budget of $800k+ comes from partner contribution and ticket sales. Event site - www.ciscoconnect.ru • Managed and developed Cisco Expo Learning Club – education community of 20 000+ participants, employees of Cisco partners and customers (www.ciscoclub.ru) • Organized Cisco Expo 2012 and Cisco Connect 2013 in Kazakhstan increasing total number of attendees by 52% year-to-year • From the lead management perspectives - created the unique web instrument to generate the leads (ciscoclub.ru as a collaborative automatic platform for partners delivering Cisco message) and mobile app to generate the leads both online and onsite. • Developed and coordinated all internal and external event documentation including strategic & budget planning, event briefs & detailed event descriptions, agency technical specifications, final reporting. • Сoordinated cross functional, multicultural communication with key representatives of a variety of Cisco teams in Russia and abroad, including Enterprise, Public Sector, Channel, System Engineers, Central Marketing and other teams. • Led all Cisco sales events & seminars for Public Sector & Enterprise teams (100+ events in 3 years) • Managed 3 marketing agencies in Moscow & 1 agency in Kazakhstan. • Created and now is hosting and managing online community and other web sites: www.ciscoclub.ru, www.ciscoconnect.ru, www.ciscoconnect.kz and others
