I have over twenty years' experience in leading and managing technology projects and operations. I joined Cicero (then Level 8 Systems ) over fourteen years ago to lead business process improvement initiatives across departments. Since then, I have managed Information Technology, Customer Support, Contracts, and several M&A activities for the company. In previous positions I lead technology projects for clients such as Intel, Motorola, State Farm Insurance, and the United Postal Service. I have been responsible for technology projects ranging from the development and training of specific applications to managing the implementation of customer service centers for clients. In my current role as the Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications for Cicero I am focused on building thought leadership and brand awareness through integrated, coordinated campaigns - leveraging insight with best practices to deliver calculable results.
