I am a business executive and the current Global President of Fiat Brand, as well as FCA Group's Chief Marketing Officer. I am also a member of the Group Executive Council at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, positions held since September 2011. In that role I have the privilege to manage marketing for some of the most iconic automotive brands in the world: Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep and Ram. Creativity is particularly appealing to me and I use it in the most clever way to pursue my business goals. I have always believed in the artful marriage between left and right brain, math and magic, music and commercials, to narrate any given brand story. Prior to starting my career within the automotive industry, I started my own music label in France. This passion for music, together with other art forms, accompanied me in my career since day 1, as witnessed by various commercials and special projects in which I involved many artists like Jennifer Lopez, Ben Stiller, Eminem, Shaggy & Sting, Bob Dylan, Clint Eastwood, Dr Dre among others. I was born in Paris, and graduated in 1984 from Dauphine University with a degree in management and marketing from CELSA University (Paris La Sorbonne, 1986) and in Economy and finance (Institut des Sciences Politiques de Paris, 1988). I entered the car business in 1990 when I was hired by Citroën. After 9 years, I was appointed Managing Director of Citroen Denmark A/S. In 2001, I moved to Italy as Managing Director of Citroën Italy S.p.a. After 4 years as the Head of Citroën in Italy, I became CEO of Lancia Automobiles SPA in 2006 and CMO of Fiat Group in 2008 In October 2009, after the merger with Chrysler LCC, I was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Chrysler brand, while retaining the marketing position for the brands of the new born Group.
