In the 1800s, the forefathers of this organization operated steamboats on the Chattahoochee River, grew cotton to fuel their textile mills, and manufactured horse-drawn farm implements plus coal- and wood-burning stoves. The first Char-Broil? grill was introduced in 1949, and our first aluminum gas grill was produced in 1966. Today, no other gas grills touch Char-Broil products for value, performance, and innovation.
